The fifth full EP on Entropy Music sees Proxima, long time collaborator and cousin to Icicle, return to the label to deliver a 5 track EP steeped in trademark tech details second to none. The opening track ‘Black Magic’, which features T-Man on vocals, sets the tone with its unforgiving sharp-edged funk and haunting, expertly delivered vocals. From there the EP moves through straight-out-of-the-future dancefloor favorites ‘Infected’ & ‘Lurker’ towards the deeper meticulously detailed ‘Near Shimmer’ and ending on the meditative and sparse ‘Creepin Crawl’.

Wow. I am really impressed. Tasteful sound design and fucking crisp production. The amount of details is worth mentioning as well.Grab a pair of high end headphones and enjoy. Excellent. Dennis
Former's injected his strangeness into a few Noisia and Sleepnet songs, and I've always enjoyed hearing his style on those songs. So I was interested to hear what an album with just Former (and Posij too) would sound like. I'm pleased to say that I was blown away. Sun Tracker is dark, heavy, fast, and completely insane, and Missile is up-beat and happy, but not? Ultra is an unstoppable sonic force, and everything else on the album is just as crazy. Nine half-monks out of 10. furrybeans
This isn't Noisia. This is Sleepnet. Yet it still managed to addict me and ruin my life again just after I came out of rehab for my Noisia addiction. Good job. I hope you're happy. furrybeans
